Back To the Drawing Board in 2010

I know I've fallen off. I have been drawing, but more like doodling. I actually drew some stuff but left it at work. I don't go back to work until next year, so maybe then I will upload them.

I decided in 2010 I am going to tap into my creative side more. I spend more time taking photos but I am going to split the time and draw more or maybe just do both 50% more. My aunt was in the hospital right before Christmas. I visited her on my birthday. While I was there I drew one of my characters on the whiteboard that usually displays who was the day and night nurse. She called me the next day to tell me she keeps looking at it and thinks it's cute. I was glad I could draw something to intrigue her and give her something pleasant to think about.

Anyway, sob story over, next year means more drawing, I promise.

Fell Off

Oy! I know, I know. I have not added anything in a while. I've been busy and going crazy. I need to reorganize myself and then I will have time for everything.
I love drawing, but I always feel guilty spending time drawing when I should be doing something else. Plus, I think I put most of my little free time into my photography. I was also taking a photography course too, so it wasn't too much of my free time.

Grad school will be done in a week or so, so I will start drawing and uploading again.

20 Days Inaugurating Pandas

So 20 days have passed of this new year and I have yet to add a new drawing. I was thinking of drawing something related to the Obama Inauguration but I was too distracted. I was so addicted to watching the CNN Facebook feed. I got home and watched them at like 3 balls before calling it quits. So happy for them. Obama and his wife make such a cute couple.

Well I did draw something. The student worker/co-worker that works in our office went on vacation before school started up this week. She is always drawing pictures of Pandas but only from behind. She never draws them with a face or from the front. So we drew a whole bunch of Pandas and left them all over her desk. Below is my contribution.
